If you wish to return a product or do not wish to receive further delivery of services, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your goods in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

The right of cancellation has to be exercised in writing via e-mail to: cfunderg@gmail.com
This e-mail states,
The following should be stated:

1. That you as a customer wish to exercise the right of cancellation in connection with a purchase agreement for goods and/or services.
2.Reason for wanting to exercise the right of cancellation.
3. Product number, order date and date of receipt.
4. The product shall be described as ordered and as received.
5. Whether the buyer has tested or put the product into use.
6. If the purchase is a service, the agreement for the service must be described.
7. The customer's name and contact information are stated.
8. The customer's bank information (bank, IBAN).
9. Date and signature.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned as received intact and complete, unused, in the original packaging, properly packaged and sent at the customer's expense to:

A refund will not be possible
- until the returned goods have been checked.
- if there are damages or defects that have arisen during the customer's handling of the product.
- if the goods have been used and have served their purpose for the customer.
- for the part of the services that may have already been performed for the customer.
- for additional costs resulting from the customer's own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by Kbh. Mobile Dyrlæge.

When these conditions are met, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 business days after we have received the goods back. To cover bank fees incurred, a deduction will be made for refunds on credit cards 24 DKK / 3 €, bank transfer 36 DKK / 3.50 €
